Our Barista Courses are now available for English speaking coffee fans.
Discover the basics of coffee, origins, how the farming affects the quality of your beans and how to dial them in, set up the machine and pour perfect latte art foam.
The course is planned for all newbies as well as experienced barista wanting to know more about coffee, sensory skills and just hit the beans right for perfect espresso. Grind size, temperature settings and some basics regarding machine types, cleaning and barista routines.
The course will show you:
- From bean to cup - the origin of coffee, how to evaluate quality, machine parameters, dial in and finally working routine behind a perfect cup of espresso
- Typical Do's and Dont's as well as recognizing typical extraction failures and how to prevent them
- Basics in pouring micro foam as well as first latte art steps
- Cleaning and maintance of your machine
There is plenty of time for your questions and you can bring your own machine!!!
As we are a independent Barista Academy you can discover different coffees by different roasters and always have our independent opinion.
